Work developments

Stuff's happened at work.. I'm not a trainer any more - now I'm part of a group offering "second level" technical support. In other words, helping the tech support agents with the trickier problems.
It's okay, I guess.. I'm liking being in a group of allies rather than feeling alone and fighting a losing battle like I did when training people - espescially the team leaders.
There's office politics going on about the whole thing.. one of the 2nd level tech agents is getting a few people's backs up and some people are a bit irate about the whole thing, but I'm not going into much detail here about that.
Another thing about work is that I'm now eligible to get free sky digital for a year, which is nice - particularly considering I haven't been able to get a normal television reception for months.
I still want a better job though.
